Kelley graduated from Southwest Missouri State College in 1967 and 1972 with majors in accounting, mathematics and physics. He joined the national firm of Fox & Company in 1971 and was a tax manager in their Springfield office until leaving in June 1978 to establish RMMC. He is licensed as a CPA in Missouri, Arkansas, and California and specializes in all areas of taxation, business planning and organization and estate planning issues. He has also taught tax courses at Drury University.
Professional affiliations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Greene County Estate Planning Council and the Springfield Southwest Rotary Club.
